Manage the Company’s product supply to the GCC and relevant export markets over a 0-36 month time horizon, including planning and scheduling tasks.

Salary Supply Chain Assistant Manager job:

• AED 20-25 per hour

Job Duties and Overview:

• Support the S&OP process with a multidisciplinary team every month through Demand Review.
• In advance of the meeting, make a list of the topics and decisions that need to be made.
• Keep an eye on the factors that could affect demand, and propose solutions in case of possible problems with supply or stockouts.
• Using the present planning time frame and extending out 36 months, keep a unit-based sales and production estimate that is both realistic and achievable.
• Coordinate G-CSF product demand forecasting with AMGEN.
• Material management, logistics, processing, and quality/compliance problems must be reported to upper management.
• To guarantee material management, logistics, process, quality/compliance, and other concerns are resolved in a timely manner, it is necessary to coordinate with other functions and organizations as needed.
• Use key performance indicator reporting to ensure regional forecast accuracy.
• Plan for customer service and inventories to meet business objectives based on demand analysis (sales and forecast data, new product introduction, business development, and partnering activities).

   

• Help out with order processing by keeping tabs on everything and keeping customers happy. Keep tabs on deliveries and deal with any potential problems ahead of time, all while coordinating with suppliers.
• To guarantee correctness and conformity with laws and regulations, audit records of orders and shipments on a regular basis.

Eligibility Criteria/About the Candidate

• Experienced in managing supply chains, including the outsourcing of production and distribution, with a minimum of three to five years’ experience.
• You must have expert knowledge of MRP and ERP systems and procedures.
• Pay close attention to detail Be extremely tech savvy, with the ability to create complex tools utilizing programs like Microsoft Excel and Dynamics 365
• Possess verifiable work history integrating MRPII into strategic planning and operational procedures
• Experience managing early access to novel medications; familiarity with the GCC pharmaceutical markets (particularly those of the UAE and KSA); relevant job experience in a specialized pharmaceutical field.
• Preferably fluent in Arabic
